I don't understand how anybody could do K outside the safety of their bedroom floor.

I don't even know what music is when I do K.

One time I was listening to KLF's "Chill Out" and I swear I was instantly transported to the back of a van full of illegal immigrants heading across the border from Mexico to Texas... Did not think about trying to dance - or stand - at that point.

Yes! Definitely more fun than being an actual illegal immigrant. Its fun in the way that a big rollercoaster is fun. Perhaps its kind of scary at first, it takes you on a ride somewhere through the universe, but you always come back, and it never lasts too long (unlike psychedelics or uppers).

K is classified as a "dissociative" for humans because it really does feel like your mind is being disassociated from your body. People could probably stick needles in your feet and you wouldn't it feel it till the comedown (5 - 30 mins later), hence its application as an animal tranquilizer.

I once hawked a couple vials from this animal research laboratory I used to work at in grad school, I think that's how I first got a hold of it. Even if its not necessarily as much of a "learning experience" as shrooms or x or something, it can be quite fun!

Bumps is too small to get this full effect -- thats probably the difference between me and a casual doer who can still manage to stand up and function at a club (though oft not too well I've read).

i know in bournemouth k is a big thing in the clubs ,
not gonna mention the clubs or the heads that use it but i cant see the attraction in doing it at a night ,
ive done k b4 (haven't for years) cant see how it people take it then rave

I dont think it has the potential to really overcome the scene... drugs arent half as pure or a 1/1000th as awesome as the music...

And if it takes K to make people dance, leave those ones at home...

I tihnk it more be a question of less msuically inclined people coming out for he idea of gettin plain shitfaced n ravey with no real appreciation for thhe music or the beautiy of the underground electronics scene as a communitty.

And its not a question of the drugs... some people need liquor to dance, you gonna give them hell?

recently, im finding less people are on K, and more are on the 'ol mephedrone (MDMA equivalent).
