Sounds good...gotta give me feedback though. "No Love" - I like how the song built up until around 5:05 or so, it went back to the beat that started around 2:05 and then went back into a heavier riddim. It's kinda circular rather than a linear development. I like how it transitions alot - around 4:05 it went into an uptempo riddim and then stopped, going back into that light riddim. Really chill vibes - puts me in a book-reading mood or a thinking mood in general, i guess. Sounds like a massage.

Here's a track i just "finished" a few days ago. This is actually a remix of an old Dennis Brown song, i guess. I made the riddim, bassline and remixed the acapella. I could use some feedback. I don't have too many people to get feedback from in everyday life. I listen to lots of dubstep, d&b, downtempo, hip-hop, dub, dancehall, etc but i'm not really sure what kinda music i'm making myself (genres...hmm...). I'm not familiar with soundcloud yet, but i use internet archive:
http://www.archive.org

Dunno man?
The drumming at the start is a bit annoying?
Its not too bad, not really feeling it

Wana give feedback on this

Went to see Borgore two nights ago, was too sick!

He's playing the same place again tonight but a different set, I feel fuckin privileged to live in Cardiff for once!

Anyway would love to get some feedback on my track, stay well guys and gals

Hey

The intro is cool and that wobble is mad!
Drumming just needs to be changed up a bit?
Needs more of a break the wobble actually becomes to intense, its not melodic enough?
Its like Black Metal/Gabba meets a dubstep wobble?

Wana give some feedback on this?

You mean the random arpeggios at the beginning? I recorded a friend playing my MIDI keyboard and just kinda carelessly through that part into the beginning.

"Never Take Away" - that sounds great. It ends too abruptly, but that's not bad, just unexpected (if i couldn't see the sound wave, that is). The ending part sounds more like a transition into a new riddim section but then bam! ending. Gives the track a slight feeling of "unfinished." That's not horrible though - just unconventional which isn't a bad thing at all. Overall, i dig the track.

Would get too boring, and I have limited tune making time these days cause of exams so i just get as much done as I can
Thanks for the feedback :)

Jstick - Really heavy track this one, Intro is nice very dark, wobble is deffo there I just think is needs something else adding to it, it grated on me after while. Drums could do with a little work aswell. Good track though mate your 80% there with that one.

Max4Beats - Nice tune, unexpected, very smooth throughout not too heavy just hits the right spot for a track of this type. I´m liking the switch at 1:40 improves the track shedloads nice one with that. Real nice sound to this one good work dude.

Thierry le dj - nice track this 1st drop is a real pleaser i´m not too keen on the drums I just think they could do with some more punch but that´s upto your ears dude. Basslines are tight with some nice switches can´t really fault them they switch well. Melody is nice too. I´ll admit to being a bit bored with it by the second drop.

Rook - Fuckin hell bro that drop is insane love that sound in the background kind of like a electric guitar or something. Epic sound right there. The tune is sick all the way through. Pure evil genius!!!

Anyone wanna give me some feedback on this one, i guarantee to return the favor.

Good idea mate, I think this would be better if the bassline was abit more melodic, it gets abit messy for my tastes in the second drop. It just needs a little something more to give it a better feel...

Good work though dude keep on with it. I like the zombie sample too :D

Loving the string work bruv, don't think the initial wobble was necessary think it may have sounded better with a fat warm saw lead bass instead of a wobble, but that's my preference. From the second drop everything sounds sweet though!
One other tiny criticism I have is that you could have switched up the SFX because that one you used gets boring even after the first and you RINSE it lol

I couldn't help but thinking 'this is the kind of track I've heard far too much of'... There's too many tracks like that about IMO man, focus on being more creative and unique!

i was referring to my first post on the page lol thanks for the feeback though. i love the intro, the drums seem to cut in out of time to that percussion though, dno whether it was intentional. dennis brown is a don so no matter what you did you got a thumbs up. they do sound out of sync aswell lol sounds like im nitpicking but it gives a trippy feel so its all good.
@max4beats
the way that electro bass bit on the intro works with the vocals is cool. the drops a little predictable but the drums are heavy. i like how you chopped the vocals aswell, im usually shit with that kind of thing. the synths you throw in here and there are sick aswell, fit it well with the rest. i like how you kept that bass through to the end aswell :)
