Skream, Digital Mystikz, Kode9 and Cyrus all had music featured in Skins and Children of Men in 06. Not saying that's exploiting it necessarily, I mean the music fit perfectly in both cases and it wasn't used in the same way that dubstep is used in the shitty newer seasons of Skins, ie. showing some kid jacking off with a Borgore tune playing extremely loudly.

That was very cringeworthy indeed, but skins often nail the music. There were a couple of boddika tunes this last series.

This is a direct result of all you fassies who call Flux Pavillion, Skrillex, Doctor P and all that other related brostep SHIT, 'Dubstep'. Ruined it for everyone. I don't even know who 'you fassies' are, but when I find out, I'll rant about it online.
Why is it that whenever a company comes up with a logo involving the word dubstep, the word "dubstep" is written in the stupidest font.

"Can you dance to dubstep?": I'm reminded of that strange boy who used to post videos of him dancing to brostep in an empty room of his house.

Watching that tv show was probably the most depressing time of my life. Me and my friends watched a bunch of episodes over the span of a couple days. Worst time investment ever...

Man, I think I'm gonna unsubscribe from this thread. Nothing good has come of it.

So long, Brostep / Skrillex and the Forum. We've had some great times.

So today a kid in my class says his mom really likes dubstep, and another dude says "the lead singer in Skrillex".. Nothing is sacred

Hatcha has gone on to hold down his flagship Kiss 100 show alongside long time MC, Crazy D, DJ across the planet, co-produce with a variety of the scene’s heavyweights and mix compilations such as Ten Tons Heavy for Planet Mu & the UK charting 100% Pure Dubstep. Catch DJ Hatcha under a weighty system near you sometime soon.
