four tracks deep and thus far it's good stuff, thanks mate! 10 tunes on a single 12" seems a bit rough though. :(

the second tune is pev & kowton - vapours (pangaea remix). big track but sounds bigger than usual cos of the blend with the tune before it

I tend to do this aswell.

what about Wen? not that it matters.
for me theres the 3 groups, two mentioned and then the keysound camp. to me that wen, emma, etch, and the guys that don't fit into the other two
I'm late again, sorry, but yeah this is an interesting division, I like it. Hadn't really thought of it like that - kinda focussed on the keysound segment when thinking about this thread, but this seems a good way to tie them all in while recognising their differences.
You gotta say there's a lot of overlap though, like Logos is involved with the Keysound crew a lot especially in combi with mumdance (would mumdance go in grime or keysound?), Hodge doing stuff with Facta etc...thats not a bad thing though, goes with the 'slipperyness' that Blackdown has talked about.

Yeah but see that's what I like. There are these different camps but they aren't exclusive with defined boarders

two sides of the 130 coin IMO:

rollers/dark shit with drums: Beneath, Wen, Caski, Facta, Parris, Epoch. Dubstep/funky/techno/jungle etc influence

space/weirdo grime: Murlo, Logos, Mr. Mitch, emma, rabit, moleskin. grime/trap/ambient influence

semantics

well obviously there's gonna be guys who can't really be pinned down to one sound. it's not like that's some super strict division of the scene or w/e
