My back is FUCKED. Tweaked something or other by doing nothing more strenuous than walking down the street and possibly clearing my throat and it's been stiffening up all day. Contemplating whether going home early would achieve anything or whether I should just grit my teeth and hope I can still walk in three hours.

If it's powder, heat it in the microwave and rub into the affected area. The hotter the better iirc
