I've been using an US keyboard mapped to UK keyboard settings at work for the last 5 years so some of the keys are in the wrong places, but I've gotten used to it. Pisses my workmates off whenever they have to use my PC though!

I have a brand spanking new PC so I have no problems whatsoever! Mwuahahahaha! Apart from Vista. Which is just annoying. I have soooo much difficulty finding where it keeps anything!
