okay.... its only a bloody opinion im not saying you have to listen to me but if you think the black eyed peas are dubstep your the fucking retarded one
No, the black eyed peas track isn't dubstep. But there's countless dubstep tracks with MCs. They all consist of the dubstep "beats" and sub-bass...I don't see what's left in order to say "without the beat it wouldn't be dubstep".
I m.ffing love this track. This whole time, did not no it was actually closer to 4 minutes in length, the vers I have is like 2:50...
THIS is what a real dubstep track sounds like.
You peeps still hating on them?
You know who that is on this tune right? Ya boys the BEP'z I didn't give a fuck if it was them on the track, the UltraWhites didn't give a fuck and I'm pretty sure BEP'z didn't give a fuck about what anyone thinks of their music.

oops. well first I don't give a fuck if the BEPs dont give a fuck about what I think. thats not gonna stop me from thinking.
but no I didn't know that, that's interesting and i feel slightly embarrassed. still, in my honest opinion i think Ultrablack are better than the Black Eyed Peas. Its just an opinion -- not hate. The BEPs style of music is pretty boring and formulaic compared to Ultrablack, thats why I like UB more. Besides, this thread is about what is dubstep, in which case UB wins hands down...
if they are listening to dubstep and gettin inspiration from it then good for them and whoever enjoys their music. it wont be branded as dubstep, its just pop. just like the stuff tinchy, wiley, etc make isnt really electro, grime or anything except "urban pop".
