First of all the BMI index is bullshit.

Second of all, I have never seen anyone in England fat enough to even come close to the kind of fat you see in america. I'm sure there's a couple of them, but I've never seen a morbidly obese person in the UK.

I lived on American portions for 2 weeks last month. I think I might have put on a teensy bit of weight. Unfortunately, it also made me feel full for the next 4 weeks.

The nice thing about American though is that, if you want to, you can also find healthy food of American-sized portions.

And of course the steak. Fucking love American beef!

As much as that big bulge of kebab meat in the shop is the most vile looking thing next to a Jew's nose (particularly the chicken), I do fucking love kebab pizzas, although they're not my first choice if I'm sober.
