1...nice drum programming...like the sub bass on this one...good production0..totally feeling this one

2...very minimal intro...decent production...doesn't sounds like all that much processing was done to the
samples...and what's that indian sample in the middle...don't remember hearing that one in the pack..nice
jobs though :D

3. This one kicks you in the face...decent production and mangling of the samples...gets a little off grove
in the second half... all in all though...DIRTY TUNE!

4.nice subby intro...lush sounding tune...good programming..chilled vibe...nice one!

5. nice intro...great production on this one...not sure where some of these samples are coming from? genius
production on this one...because it doesn't sounds like the samples at all (especially the synth blips..how
was this done?) :D NICE FUCKING TUNE!

6. Intro is kind of all over the place but I like it....main sounds great...nice space and flow... good job

7. Very airy intro . . and minimal main...liking the doomy flow on this one...2nd main is all glitched the
fuck out...kind of breaks the flow ( but I like that type of things some times). kick sounds a little lost on
the mix...well good effort :D

8. Nice intro pad samples...and sub bass wobbles...great production... love the melody. THIS ONE HAS IT IMHO

9. Big intro build up..track doesn't have many changes for the first main... gets a little old IMHO...second
half has a nice groove...good track overall :D

10. Strange intro (in a good way :D)...this one definitely stands out from the rest...interesting sounds and
nice production..

11. Nice production on this one and good use of the dub samples from the pack... feeling the groove on this
one as well..great tune..definitely in the tops

12. Really liking this one...great flow throughout...love whats been done for processing...love the low quick
sub wobble . . great job

13. Nice intro melody on this one...goove seems off then lines up nicely again for the main :D good tune :D

14. Fuck yah...love this intro and the groove on the main...awesome production as well...great use of the
padlike samples...holy shit 2nd half rules...excellent job :D

15....the one with all the votes hrmm....intro is nothing special...main kind of loses groove and the
programming is nothing fancy...interesting tune overall and decent production...but definitely doesn't
deserve the huge lead over the other tunes...It's great if you have friends on the board willing to support
you...but its kind of a slap in the face to this contest if your just gonna have people spam vote you without
critically looking at all the tunes(not saying this is the case...but based on previous comps it might be likely ;) )....all in all though decent tune ... NOT THE WINNER THOUGH IMHO :D

16. Nice intro...seems a lot of folks have gone the same route with the intro :D Like what you did with the
bass samples on this...thought the programming seemed a little off...I like it overall though :D

@ Dblth1nk: you are legend for the thorough review!

@ Wrexile: Just thought I would go about givin a helping hand, and whats this about bloating :o

@ Steppard: No you don't have to use all the samples, you simply can't use other ones that you have in your library, but for future reference you can cut, slice, edit, feed it to your dog, etc. but not use any additional sources aside from the samples provided and that means no VSTi/Synths etc. You can process through them and edit the sounds provided just not the VSTi/Synths themselves.

@ Jaydot: The next one will be running as soon as the contestant sends me their samples, the competition will be updated 2-3 days after the final voting date :D

There is massive spamming on the last track, I was warned about this for future competitions, unfortunately, I can not randomize the play list. I will post this as a link in a few other parts of the forum so we can get more heads on the voting. There are definitely a few tunes worth more vote but, this is just the first day.

Also, there is one more tune for late entry.

Cheers,
great job on the competition.

:D
