THE REASON THIS IS NOT DONE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS IS BECAUSE PROLIFIC HAS RIPPED OFF MORE THEN ONE PERSON AND NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED. MORON.
We are all just looking out for each others music.

I make this round 2?
What happened to the last time foul play got a thread like this? Not sure I caught the end to it, if there ever was an end...

Good luck anyway bro. Stealing tunes isn't cool.

EBR, I've had many heads hit me up about being ripped off by this guy, as well as promoters that have had bad experiences, and DJ's who've been shafted at events. I do not believe that you are actually supporting this guy, unless as deadly habit said it's prolific trolling, or you are secretly in a relationship with him.

For the record, ask ANYONE who knows me and they'll tell you straight up I'm as real as they come with the heart of a lion. I'm a nice guy but I ain't the one to step on. He got pissed because multiple producers turned him down for releases because THEY didn't like how he does people, and he thought it'd be cute to call me up bitching like an 8th grade punk without even talking to me about what was going down. If he had any sense, he would have realized that I didn't "run my dicksucker dawg", I told those who CAME TO ME to make their own decisions about doing business with him, and I in no way shape or form spread any negative ish about him as this developed, period. He has no class, he's not professional, he steals from artists, and is generally weak as fuck as a human being. The fact that he knows how to use turntables and a microphone doesn't excuse him from wasting oxygen we could be burning garbage with.

Anyhow, go ahead and stick with him bro, you guys have fun getting artists signed, and I'm sure promoters will love booking someone with such respect for the EDM culture. Meanwhile I'm going to continue enjoying the fuck out of every day, and will continue to support artists and labels that are respectful, humble, and legit (shouts to Savory, Terminal Dusk, Betamorph, FSTZ, We Recordings, HITZ, and many more who do it proper)

I'll say one more thing about this. The music industry is for music.

There's no room for the gangsta bullsh*t because we're all musicians, artists and Djs. I'm not a thug or gangster are you ? As an adult you can handle things with tact or not. You make that choice. My point is in the bigger picture you win some and you lose some. How many labels are you gonna release music ? In 5 yrs is this gonna matter ? How you handle it in the mean time is gonna determine weather or not you come out on top or not. If Foul Play don't handle their business then it'll be on Foul Play. I'm just sick of seeing this kinda thing spewing into the public arena because it isnt a good idea any way you look at it. Like I said this kinda thing is best done private. If you want to call someone out in public there are ways of doing it without looking so dumb. Mocking someone is better than coming out and saying " blah blah legal crap and calling people a thief ". Be smart and funny and mock the people you don't like. It is much more effective @ getting under someones skin and you don't end up looking so bad.

Excuse me very fucking much but I've been personally thanked for bringing this into the light of day, and I have absolutely no problem with representing exactly what I have said regarding this matter. I'm not the one worried about my reputation ERB, and I'm not concerned about what people think of me for showing DSF what a piece of shit this guy is. The reason this post was made was to find other artists that had been stolen from by this label. Guess what, I have been contacted by many who have also been wronged, and we are taking care of it.

As for your rant, me coming out on top is some seriously lame shit you've got going on in your head mate. I ascribe to Capleton's philosophy

"Music is a mission, not a competition"

I don't know what you are involved with music for, but I have a very specific goal that has nothing to do with MY success. Why don't you have a look at the description for my endeavor and then think about what the hell YOU SAY in public:

Earthside Massive is the representation of a simple concept. Language is useful but has its limitations. As we know, everything is a vibration of energy. In order to speak the language of the universe we must utilize music, which breaks down the barriers of nations and governments, religions and beliefs, and languages themselves. It is the door that allows us to connect, and it is our intention to connect the world through music with vigilance and steadfast intensity

I spend my time supporting artists and labels, promoters, venue owners, up and coming artists, people who want to learn to produce. If Dubstep was a paper company I'm out there planting trees every fucking day. This is a long haul man, this world isn't going to randomly come together, it takes work. Now, you go ahead and keep bitching about how negative this is, then when you realize that the intention of this thread is to PREVENT people from being involved with someone who damages the culture that you are obviously passionate about, you can sort that shit out for yourself.

uh, dude

just FYI

"tact" [tækt]
n
1. a sense of what is fitting and considerate in dealing with others, so as to avoid giving offence or to win good will; discretion
2. skill or judgment in handling difficult or delicate situations; diplomacy

Well he had the guts to attempt and respond to all this, unfortunately for him it just embarrasses him more, and additionally he attempts to slander me. I love how he removes his own post about a half hour after he makes it when I point that out. I have of course, for posterity, screen captured it before that happened (predictable).

This guy's gotta be running out of shoes at the rate he keeps putting his foot in his mouth.

Straight up, much respect all DSF crew. Unless anything ridiculous happens after this, which I doubt will, I'm done with the thread. I'm pretty sure the point has been made by now. Looking forward to your remixes of the voicemail! :)

Does this mean you're taking him to court? You win? Get your money back? What?

Guys insults are lame as well. Sorry to say but, typical yank.

All you can really do is make your producer friends aware.

Anyone who can even remotely defend this dude has nothing to gain or lose in this scene.

I got a great idea. Contact the headliners and tell them to back down from playing with Foulplay at their events ...
He stole from me! Damn asshole. He likes to turn things around and make the person producing the music the victim? Very funny. I see patterns.

Damn, just listened to that voicemail, and the first thing I thought was ("god I hate these gangsters, or better to say "gangsters".) Just the way that man is expressing his thoughts, the tone, the attitude... it's just wrong...

It should be clearly stated here that people should not send dubs over to that label...

People work their daily jobs, and still for the love of music manage to find time to write tunes, and do their best to sign them to some label, and then comes this prick who takes them, release them and earn from them... DAMN!

I swear to God we should all learn some odlschool voodoo and throw some of the ancient magic on him
