Did Komonazmuk actually play in the end? He was supposed to come on after Unlikely but didn't? Unfortunately, they turned the sound down in the bar on Sunday. It had probably the best sound on Friday (out of the places I managed to get to). But having said that, the sound in general was probably the most disappointing thing about the whole festival anyway. Wish I'd made it to the Fenchurch Dome more than once.

Ya, he played in the bar on Sunday - heard he played some good stuff but it was an unsuitable venue
He wasn't there for the first 20 minutes, though.

Savage weekend. I had arranged to meet loads of people, met loads and didn't meet loads more. Next time, eh?

Skream and Benga were shocking. Shameful display, showing no respect for punters at all. Pokes at one point even went " What are you doing?"

Roll on next year...

Ireland won the rugby too :D

From the posts here about this, it sounds as though very few people have actually seen them play together recently. By recently I mean in the last year or so. This was actually a good performance by those standards!

They'd come with the intention to get mashed but I thought it was still a great set.

I'd never heard of Rob Hall, and had only just got to BLOC....but whithin 5 minutes of hearing him, was fuckin jumpin round all over the place. His set was AMAZING ! Haven't really heard anything like that before, and been trying to get some of his stuff on the web, but all sounds really dark and broken.

Any good sets of the main man Hall floating about ?>???

The newest one in Berlin on his website is fucking fantastic, but his site is fucked at the minute. Keep checking back to it and download it, it's fucking amazing.

Check out Gescom on Youtube when you have time as well, mate, Rob Hall produces for them.

I finally got round to taking off my band from Outlook 2 years ago just before heading to Bloc due to slight excess of bands.
