wasn't a funny episode at all to be honest. South Park has changed for the worse. it really does remind me of Family Guy.

Just out of interest - What would you find funnier to watch comedywise than that episode?

most things, that was probably the worst South Park episode I have seen in a long time

and £10 Bag, that is exactly what I thought when i watched it.

dear lord dont let this be the end of South Park. I would rather them quit while they were ahead than fizzle out.

So seeing them throw that money over the monkey and have him grin his arse off while
giving all the othe rmonkeys a good seeing to in a hilarious fashion didnt even make you force a smile?

Jesus guys, what does it take?

I've seen my fair share of shite south parks, that one wasnt the best but it certainly wasnt the worst, especially after some of the shockers in last series.

the animation was quite funny but it was a fairly obvious joke, and then the bit with the formal apology on the catch show ruined it. and having them call butters, bummers..... I used to be suprised by their jokes, I saw pretty much every joke coming in that episode, and i'm not even funny

I hate Family Guy with a passion, but none of these were funny?

Tiger Woods PGA Tour
Kenny's Death
Chimp studies
Butters' obssession with bush, and his line at the end
Turd in the punch bowl

Maybe I just don't know good comedy, maybe I was just high, but that episode had me rolling.

Generally any episode with Butters as a main character cracks me up though.

Needs more Mr. Hanky & Towelie!

I'd like to see them bring back a classic character like that, and give Randy Marsh more screen time. They usually have an episode or 2 where Randy Marsh is a main character, so hopefully there will be one or two this season.

Butters with his bonsai bush was great. MORE TONIGHT!

any of the earlier south parks, any of the early aqua teen hunger force, any trailer park boys, bear grylls eating scorpions...stuff like that
new south park is just ultimately predictable and non-funny.

Butters and Randy Marsh are definitely the best characters. Cartman's also up there, but a bit of an obvious choice.

they changed the voice actors. matt stone & trey parker don't voice or write the new episodes from what I can see.

I'm pretty sure they do still both write all the eps and do virtually all the male voices. If you watch an early episode now, Cartman's voice is pretty grating, it's now far easier on the ear.

The quality was hit & miss last series, but if you didn't laugh at the one where Cartman & Butters went to Somalia to become Pirates, you must have already blown your funny fuse
