yeah fair reply. it was a pretty great game. i'm so used to coming home from those sorta games by now. seen man united beat fulham like that enough times by now to know its gonna happen again! only real complaint is that theres always been a clear bias to the top 4/5 clubs in the league and the lower teams get all the decisions against them! it's plain for all to see, something needs to be sorted out bout that now. remember pedro mendes' goal at old trafford that never was...

That's the sort of win that gets you championships, as we didn't deserve anything from it, hence the celebrations at the end.
last few seasons this was the type of game we were drawing or losing

i missed this game yesterday afternoon.....but i read about it on espn.com last night.
7 - 1? I saw the 2 - 1 Roma win last week and Roma really took control of the game....United appeared to be in trouble.
Yesterday -- ManU scores 7. 7 on a very good defensive team...yikes!
one other thing....given Liverpool's 3-0 beatdown of PSV last week (in Eindhoven), it's safe to say that the Reds are in the semifinals.
That's three English teams:
Liverpool
Manchester United
Chelsea.
the 4th -- Bayern or AC Milan. I have a feeling Bayern will come thru. 2 road goals last week certainly helped their cause.

Did anyone see Essien's post match interview last night? Can't remember the exact words, but he said something like 'It was a hard game and we're glad we got the three points'

LOL Yeah I saw that, then Terry walked off giving the camera crew a very puzzled look and pointing at Essien!!
