in the morning i brush my teeth for around 2 minutes -> zone out -> brush -> zone out

repeat & repeat

it takes me like 15 minutes to brush my teeth in the morning

I fell into that habit as well but I went to the dentist 2 weeks ago and they picked up on it.
Im now trying to brush them earlier so I dont have to do it when im too tired.
I used to squirt extra in my mouth after.. it was so nice, but I tried some recently and it was rank.
I didnt realise how sweet it was.

i brush in a circulaer motion for about 2 minuits and i brush 4 times a day. in the mornin,after school,after dinner and at night

Cant remember the name but the stuff for sensitive teeth, horrible stuff. And just some colgate toothpaste
