all those artists you mention are really very different from each other imo
i would call them left-field dubstep
some of them have a funky influence too i guess

It's weird. What people always call left field, or on the fringes of dubstep, always seem like the very heart and soul of the music to me

Yeah like I said, it definitely feels like a natural progression of early dubstep to me...but it's rare for me to hear this kinda stuff if I go to a dubstep night, unfortunately

Can't go wrong with the term 140 bass music, there is no pretentiousness with that wide encompassing term :D

\ i guess i dont like the phrase "BASS" muisc, beccause i mean.. everything has bass, just cuz this has more doesnt mean its the only bass music but...

and also i really dont like anything with the word Future in it... futurecorestepbass..

but that's just me! anyway, the phrase will come.... itll come...

it's probably gonna be Grungestep.....

...KIDDING, i know some people will freak out, im KIDDING.... ;lol

I think all of this music should be named after a racial slur.

haha! it should be some obscure racial slur that most people haven't heard... like the racial epitaph against... icelandic people.... god damn ICERS!!! sigh, that's not very catchy... i give up. somebody else come up with it..
