Didn't know Funtcase used Reason - his shit is filthier than filth! If that doesn't attest to the quality of reason's synths - alongside The Widdler, Mala etc then nothing will!
On another note an awesome Dubstep trio called Statix also use Reason exclusively and they are awesome!

All Reason reason reason. As he sais on the vid on youtube. Seemed to of shut a few people up :P
Ha, forgot funtcase uses reason.

i would agree that Reason's filters don't hold a candle to stuff like albino's cream/silk filters or a moog...

But they do their job and you can mod their output pretty versatilely

resample --> nnxt ---> copy zones, edit LFO parameters ---> sequence yourself a badboy b-line.

it's worth the purchase, not much info on producing the bass sounds, (he doesnt reveal any secrets), but there is a lot of VERY useful processing info for drums and getting a good mix down

I'm not questioning whether or not it's worth the purchase, just if I can purchase an online copy, rather than have it shipped out to my location in TX.
But after poking around the website, I'm fairly certain they don't sell electronic copies. Poo.

No worries, I hadn't mentioned it.
Well, I can definitely get it shipped here. I was in the process of buying it yesterday, but my girl convinced me to wait. A little short on cash atm. I think I'm just gonna wait 'til next week (definitely making some cash this weekend with Halloween gigs), and order it then. Unfortunately I'll still have to wait a while for the shipping as well. >_<

They sell it at Boarders and most decent sized bookshops man. No need to order. Get it, it's totally worth it. 8)

Word, wasn't sure if it'd be carried around here. Thanks! Live in a small town right now, but will be making it to the city this weekend. Will pick it up :).

Also if it's any help to anyone that uses reason. I found that getting one good bass patch going and then infinitely tweaking and saving different versions of it has yielded some good results. **shrug** :)
