I like Icestep personally. Also Coldstep is pretty good. Sometimes I listen to Breezestep, but that depends on my mood.

i recommended phaeleh because he makes really nice chilled out melodic dubstep that you may like... there still isn't any such thing as chillstep though, what you are asking for is chilled out dubstep of which there is an abundance

seriously sick of people making up imaginary "prefix"step subgenres and making out like it's a new genre, the chilled out less filthy stuff has been around several years longer than all this noisy skrillex/borgore/datsik nonsense so to try and call it a new genres is actually a bit insulting to people with more of an understanding of the history and roots of the genre... the whole point of dubstep was that it was massively varied and eclectic whilst still under the same genre label, to break it down into different sub-genres based on minor differences that still fall under the dubstep category is just dumb

to me chillstep seems like the sort of word noob kids who know fuck all about dubstep beyond skrillex et al, use to describe any dubstep that doesnt have wobbles on it

using the word chillstep simply serves to make you look uneducated on the subject, i dont mean to be a dick but please just call it dubstep because that is what its called, we dont need imaginary subgenres breaking the scene apart further based on negligable differences

tl;dr Just call it dubstep and you'll be fine mate
