I did the whole test and then when it was loading to give me my results it timed out and I never got to see them. But I would imagine they were pretty bad. But if I really feel the need to redo the test I may. But that kinda just pissed me off.

Was fun except for the straight questions, because it was too obvious what the results were for the answers. What's it called where the user can't objectively answer a question because they know what result it will have in a study? selection bias or something like that. idk i'm not pyschological i'm musical

which of the tests do you guys think reflect the perception score mainly? i figured it would be the matching the beat. tapping, and melody memory, but its weird because there are people with similar scores as me but a lot higher percentage lol

just one of those little things that make my mind race haha not that it means a terrible lot

Got something along the lines of

But ultimately it is a load of bollocks cos with those types of questions if i agree or disagree with something i'm the type to select "completely", whereas other people that feel exactly the same may tend to select "strongly". Its all down to how we've been condition to answer quizzes like these.

The thing I done worst on was grouping the genres, as mentioned above, thought we were dealing with funk, reggae, jazz, rock and many of the samples could have fallen under many genres.

Still, feels good to see high scores in the perception tests to reassure me that i'm not a deluded music mongo.
