I think it's a sly attempt for some commercial success really. That sort of auto-tuned pop music gash, mildly disguised as something diverse gets eaten up in the charts. Just look at the likes of Tinie Tempah/N-Dubz, supposedly 'Urban' acts for middle class pre-teens who essentially just want bubblegum pop.

But yeah, can't see that track even achieving that. Horrible, horrible piece of music.
