It's all about drinking shit beer for 12 hours and then eating grimey ass food at 5am and waking up at 8 to puke all over the floor in the bath room if you're a student in England.

This is the fundamental student experience. You really learn to appreciate decent beer after you've been stuck drinking 80 cent beer for a few years. I'd say that's the critical thing that happens during uni. The rest, learning and stuff, all happens on the job, which unfortunately requires degrees and stuff.

come to notts. its cheap and cheerful. don't let people tell you its dangerous though, its not.

its got 2 uni's. 1 - the university of nottingham - is really good and quite difficult to get into. its more of an academic uni and is very highly regarded in things like law. the other one is nottingham trent - more of a creative arts uni. really good for arts and media.
