ahhh righto...

yea the SPs sell for around $120 here, thats my big problem with them, but 20 squid is fuck all i guess for a pair of sennies haha

how much do they cost in the UK anyhow? the aiaiais and hd25s are the same price from online retailers over here, both $200.

my original pads were wearing out so got some velour ones- they are more comfortable but I took them off yesterday to put my old ripped pleather ones back on because they're so much better at noise isolation.

Yeah but I can't wear them with the standard pads for more than about 20 mins without getting a headache :(

the AIAIAIs sound incredibly muffled and it's impossible to hear hats or snares when you're djing on a decent sized rig, therefor beatmatching is frustrating.

the bass response is great, but the highs were sooooo muted it wasn't even funny. i don't think they're much better than many $50 headphones. you're paying for the fancy box and carry bag. even for general listening you'll be missing the full audio spectrum.
