Yeah but I can't wear them with the standard pads for more than about 20 mins without getting a headache

accidentally won a pair of the aiaiais on ebay so i guess my choice is made...

the AIAIAIs sound incredibly muffled and it's impossible to hear hats or snares when you're djing on a decent sized rig, therefor beatmatching is frustrating.

the bass response is great, but the highs were sooooo muted it wasn't even funny. i don't think they're much better than many $50 headphones. you're paying for the fancy box and carry bag. even for general listening you'll be missing the full audio spectrum.
