DMZ in September...does anyone know what's going on with it?

We were told the last one wasn't on a couple of days before it was supposed to be. I nearly bought bus/train tickets but I was lucky and I held off.

That said, I doubt it'll be cancelled again. Seriously. I can't be so unlucky that now that I'm finally able to get down to DMZ they start cancelling them all

They do a thorough search rudeboy, more thorough than anywhere I've ever been, especially student nights where they usually just wave you thru... my guy checked every single pocket and even looked in my pack of tissues (it was winter when i last went)

lucky i blazed all my weed beforehand around the back of the church otherwise who knows, I might have got my clart sent home

maybe it was a one off with lots of security that time but still sock all your shit just for safe measure

I should be in the effra from about 8:30ish with a few people, tis my 22nd bday the day before so have arranged for ppl 2 go DMZ for it (finally a resonable excuse to force ppl to come with me!!!). meh searches are minor if you have put ur shit away properly. ive been searched craaaazy hard at some nights and the bouncers are all screwing u cos they can smell weed but they neva find shit. its not how it used to be tho, gotta be proper cautious of lighting up on the dancefloor! always better to go to the smokers, to catch a breath aswell too

maybe balls ur stash and then try hide that thing, but ye if bouncers find it they will be on your case. if they cant find any weed on you though i guess they have to let you in (just tell them you smoked everything already)...but even IF they let u in, when u go out to smokers they will remember u im guessing and just be on ur case.

all that stuff is long really, id just roll spliffs for convenience but its up to u.
