yeah i'm sorry to brag as well, but those are some of the most basic Reason skills to figure out on your own.. thats what tinkering is all about.

whatever, maybe basic to you coz you have over 2,000 posts here, obviously your the master of all. what about someone who doesnt have the awareness almighty motu has... maybe we are all dumber than you? some people want to expedite their learning and are willing to pay for it. Don't have to degrade someone's goals because you already know it.

Who says you have to figure it out on your own, but Motu has never learned anything else from nobody, has he., probably never watched a tutorial... or maybe your just a ghost on this forum , why be on a forum if you already know it all. This is a HELP forum after all. if you already know it, good for you , give him a cookie everybody.

the xt is probably my favorite plug in, but what do you mean here? Are you talking about applying sends to individual zones? Because I would love to know that.

Yeah the send outs of the nnxt , the little dial on the bottom right of the edit window, has send outs, 1-2, 3-4, etc. take those sends to a mixer channel, then apply individual effects thru the 14;2 or line mixer to give the individual channel on nnxt its own parameters. sure you can learn this shit by tinkering and fucking about, but how long might it take you to even catch it, a week, month, year or never.

one thing I mentioned before was the regroove, instead of using the regular grooves, you can extract your own and modify those from other midi clips or rex files. this shit would take years to accidently find if just tinkering.

point is, for me, and who the fuck am I , I mean I ONLY have 40 posts here, that taking a class on reason was great for me. Whoever says you have to rewire it or finish track in another daw is wrong. What other DAW has ssl 9000, mixer with side chain compression? It's funny when someone says you cant finish tracks in REASON 6.

Keep your tampon in man. He didn't say it was wrong to learn, just that basic stuff like that isn't worth the money, and i agree with him.

And what. A year to figure out that when you send something to another output, you can use different FX on that output? Am i starting to smell a troll?

To be honest, i barely use the nnxt for sampling simple stuff. I use the NN19 for that, because it's params for the zone (only one, but sometimes you need just one) are automatable. I even made somewhat of a granulizer with that. I'm gonna post some patches here soon, to show people that all this crap about reason not being professional is nonsense.

Yeah, the only gripe I really have is the lack of automation on the xt, but I only automate really basic shit (pitch/filter/pan) so it wasn't a huge problem. As far as I know, that's the only device that's not automatable, right?

On the regroove mixer, I haven't seen any tutorials where they actually go into the edit menu and tweak stuff there. Anyone know any good in-depth tutorials?
