Have you heard of any producers that don't want to make any money? because I certainly haven't.
U don't properly read my friend(and yes I do know producers who are not in it for the cash, many breakcore artist's don't make any money at all), although, I was saying don't say skrillex is not in it for the money, when he definitely is. I did not say it was bad for him to do so.

Can we please stop talking about Skrillex? Everything that you type about him has most likely been stated over a hundred times on this forum. :trolling:

fair play, but you didn't read mine either. I never said there were no producers that don't make any money, I'm a producer that doesn't make any money. My buddy has some releases and doesn't make any money. I was just stating that I don't know of any producers that say "I want to produce music, but I never want to make any money doing it". clearly just a ball of confusion between us, and my statement wasn't meant to be an attack, just a response.

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure his first few hits were made before ever even talking to mau5trap on a laptop with 1 working monitor. Granted his newer stuff is much better (mixing and mastering-wise), but his first few tunes were pretty well produced.

Anyone who is famous deserves it, one way or another. Stop derping and go listen to this and realize Skrillex is better than Skreem:

Skrillex comes from a mainly metal/emo shit musical background(the band from first to last), then progressing on to producing electro house(tunes like do da oliphant) which to give him is due was fairly alright. so technically you could say his work is an amalgamation of metal style drums with electro house basslines, involving no actual dubstep whatsoever.

This is almost as retarded as Toric's thread about his knowledge on "marketing and exhibitions" in the "dubstep industry"
