got bored of smoking up after about 2 years, of doing it nearly every day.
can't smoke it in a circle of friends now, just get prangy and wanna hide away and go sleep.

I'm not 100% against it, it just annoys me how somma my friends still smoke it religiously.
one of my best mates even got caught by the police after picking up the other day, had to rat out the dealer to save his own arse, and the dealer had his house raided (wasn't to bad as he only had a couple eights left) but my friend came straight round and said thats it im not doing this anymore, i've had enough it's not worht it.

he's still smoking up every day
people who lie about wanting to give up piss me off more then anything.

fully agree with the introvert comments. i only get like that if i've taken drugs or i'm hungover. if i'm feeling good about my life in general then i don't get it at all.

hapened to me, i used to smoke a lot, and then stopped for some time, due to lack of money, now that i try to smoke again, it startes giving me soreheads and diziness, and anxiety, so you have a easy option, if it gives you anxiety and you dont feel like smoking no more, just dont smoke, i stopped smoking as i feel better without smoking it now

100% this, realized it soon after i started using smoking as a hangout tool. ups the anxiety and self-consciousness tenfold.

really? I get the exact opposite; I laugh tenfold when smoking with strangers or people I don't usually share a joint with.
While I tend to get introvert and lazy while smoking with people I know well or smoking alone.

I have gotten a bit better at this though. The way I go about it is telling my self that I have to go out after smoking the spliff. And it tends to work that way. I do actually get out of the house and once you're out the high gets a bit more chilled.

haha iv done this. its like pot wants myself to think of myself as lowest as possible, i dont get it. its weird too because my gf and a lot of other girls have admitted that pot makes them gain confidence in them selves at times. when i smoke i get very introverted and am probably battling my own brain while your trying to talk to me. i really like being high once this stage passes though, like 45 mins later im actually still decently high but i lose that introvert side of me. again probably a tolerance issue.

Hah you'd definitely get more fucked from oil. I would try different methods though. Try vaping, try different strains, indica dominant, etc. Or just do the obvious and take bitch hits when you're smoking with your buddies. Little tiny puffs over the course of a burn won't give you as much of a shock as wailing on it right off the bat and then peacing. Then your friends also won't call you out for splitting halfway.

Personally a favourite method is to sit and relax until I'm very conscious of my state of mind. Then put on some tunes and smoke just until I notice a change. As soon as you notice a perceptible difference in head space, put it out and go enjoy yourself. If you have to, come back and burn some more. It'll save you weed and also probably surprise you with how much you can get by on. All you really need is a taste, especially if you're planning on doing something. You don't wanna be battered out of your tree, just have an extra layer of gloss over everything.

when i was smoking 24/7 i struggled to remember what i was doing the day before and i had so much trouble trying to speak coherently, especially when it came to explaining things todo with work.
