leave wigggo ALONE!!11!!
Re: Tour de France 2012
the tour has been ok this year but i would have liked to see andy schleck, contador, & sami sanchez in it, then youd have 7+people competing for a podium position (if frank schleck didnt have his crash), and 4 people competing for the yellow jersey, andy, wiggo, contador & evans

TACK ATTACK!
if the french ever find out who did that i think there'll be a reintroduction of the guillotine.

But still, Frank and Andy are my favourites. The thing is though, he gets caught this year, when hes doing the worst he's done since about 2008? Doesn't seem to really make much sense.
/clutching at straws.
this has made me far more depressed than it should have done
Re: Tour de France 2012
not to say anything, just read my last comment and; CASE AND POIN
just food for thought; if he's caught and he's only 13th, what do the others take?
If he's caught and the overall speed/race itself is going down in comparison (read; less fast then last year) wtf did they take last year
in other words have fun watching dopeheads

It's a bit depressing really.
You look at these guys like super athletes, only to realize they're all dopeheads.
Every evening when we watch the end of the stage or highlights, myself and the wife discuss the caliber of the athletes.
Kind of a dampener on the whole discussion really.

If you follow several riders closely you'll find, most of them aren't on (illegal) doping.
If ten Dam tests positive, I'll throw a live turkey at Greipel in full sprint.

Re: Tour de France 2012
Little Tommy Voeckler.
I love his style of solo mountain stage wins. Always exciting, trying his best. Love him.
Also, the diuretic Schleck tested positive for wasn't performance enhancing, so it's not exactly a massive deal (just a fairly large one).
I personally think the majority of the peloton is clean. I think there will continue to be a few bad eggs that will ruin the image of cycling (see mIrReN's post -
).
For the time being the media and fans will have to continue to be a bit distrusting towards those who excel, but I live in hope that the proactive approach towards racing clean that some pro-teams have will eventually give the sport a better image. I mean just check out Wiggin's response to the media and his Guardian piece to see, that he really hates doping and what it does / has done to the sport of cycling.
Looking forward to the next few stages.

diuretics are often used to flush out the dodgy stuff, but yeah, I'm not dwelling on what this will do to my serious man love for andy
ah well, one more stage and wiggins is the winner!
