Made a journey out from the New York for some general London adventures and some deep vibes, must say this was an enjoyable night.

The system in room 1 was DEFINITELY lacking. There was one spot by the back left that had a little bit of weight, but on the whole you couldn't feel the tunes at all. Goth-Trad killed the dance regardless though, that was some madness.

Room 2 was BIG, tunnidge had a nice set and standing by the back I could really get some bass. Jay5ive good as well, didn't play R2D6 after I asked Crazy D for it but Mere Shere at the end is as good a Kromestar tune as any. Couldn't stay for all of Khan because I think I picked up the norovirus two days before so I was still reeling a bit.

And @ the poster above Mala and Coki were both high as tits, Mala could barely open his eyes it looked like haha. Guess they fuck the little guys but don't care about the acts. Big up chefal for making an appearance, it was great to get so many big names in one place.

Seeing Mala back home this Saturday, hope it's on a better system. Mala's Anti-War dub over Tapped was a nice touch, hope to hear something like that again

if a venue says before hand no drugs allowed (you would assume this anyway as drugs aren't really allowed many places) then you can't have a go at them when they -shock horror- decide to search you for drugs.

I have to raise a small grievance here... a bit of a sob story but I work 13 days out of every 14 days at a job I hate... so I never have two days off in a row. I rolled to this dance straight from work fuckin 2 hours away from my yard knowing I had to work the next day, got to near the front of the queue then saw how they were searching guys sniffing their cigarette packets and shit manhandling one clumsy dopey looking guy who had one pill in his pocket.. it was madness

it's the DEEP MEDI SKANK at Corsica Studios not some swanky Mayfair club or some dangerous gangland shithole what is the security's beef? The name is Deep Medi(tation)

I had a few prerolled joints so needless to say once I saw them searching people with tickets that ridiculously I realised I had to call it quits. Tubes stopped, 2.5 hours journey home with crackheads and bare wankers on the buses. pissed.

kinda disappointing still. although I loved the one before Xmas it was brilliant! Totally different. I can see from other peoples' stories that similar grief was felt inside the venue...

Could you not have just ditched the weed and gone in if you'd been looking forward to the night that much? I know it sucks losing drugs but if it's a choice between a couple of spliffs or a dance with a lineup like that I know which I'd choose... I didn't have much of a problem with security, did get searched on the way in but it wasn't too bad compared to how DMZ was or even clubs like Fire can be and they didn't come close to finding the tabs I brought, though those are a bit easier to hide and have a less distinctive scent than weed I suppose.

i know weed is illegal but really and truly i can guarantee even the security smoke it and should really be told to be lax on a night like this... like i said its not full of dangerously highly strung coke heads with gats just a few weed man looking to catch a few hours break from the daily grind to 'meditate on bassweight'

The one at xmas was not like that at all it was calm smoking weed there..
i had about 5 joints so ballsing them wasn't really an option. u lot are right tho i shouldn't complain really the world doesnt revolve around me lol
