The biggest benefit in living where I do, currently...

Is that you can access multiple major metropolitan areas in less than 2 hours...
or...go in the opposite direction and be at the beach resorts...

so it's centralized

around here people get categorized as beach or city...I qualify as city

I've spent a lot of time at the beach though...
Our beaches are not relaxing...
