Nokia experia Z. Few complaints but all in all its pretty good.

I'm due an upgrade in 2 weeks and ivreally don't know what to get.

Had an iPhone since the first one so many change would be nice.

Go for the S4 or the HTC one, they're pretty much identical. I went for the galaxy because it's a bit lighter

mum and dad both have it, no problems for it, its really quite thin and i think that's more noticeable than the size when its on your pocket.

Don't get it with EE though, they wanted £200 for the actual phone while O2 gave it free with the same contract. This was 6 months ago though, might have changed by now...
