Long decayed white noise, hard transient, 200hz downpitching sine bottom, bit of saturation/distortion and loots of compression. Then eq it a fucking lot and make it really loud, thats basically it

do mean layering or more like vocoderesc stuff( i got some sounds where i vocodered dif household sounds with each other or like vocals with lets say a wierd guitar screech )
