i'm not really worried about any of those things tbh, just that my stomach's pretty fucked and junk food's not helping. also spend way more money than when i'm actually cooking

Try to fit in more time working out. Other than that doing my undergrad shit now to transfer to Cornell to go after a masters or doctorate. Eating Healthy, steering clear of the drugs. Things are going well besides wanting to lose like 30 lbs and get more toned up, can't think of much that I'm not already working on.

This week's menu;
4.5lbs of chicken, 1lb of quinoa, 1lb of broccoli, half a lb of peas. This will do 8 servings worth of work 'lunches' to last until Thursday.

Walking, biking/skating once the snow finally stops. When I have time I hit the gym up and do the full gamut on the machines, otherwise just pushups/situps at home with a few other exercises I learned in the Army.
