I suppose that if you had a portable recorder, you could beatbox into that and then either stick it in Recycle or make a groove template and extract the midi file and then just apply the correct drum sounds to fit

for making new patterns? dubstep drums? no...ok...

I create beats in a number of reaktor sequencers...bounce em in logic...and to make things interesting, i chop stuff and mangle using reaktors beat/loop choppers, glitch, & granular machines.

then i'll EQ accordingly.

sometimes i forget that this is a dubstep forum. And i don't make dubstep.
