Nope, youre both wrong... best one so far is "We Could Be Skweeeros" by Eero Johanes... :P
to right hell of a tune! Leisi Elli is an amazing track as well....

Claws Costeau is a badman also...

i've been writing some stuff in a similar vein myself.. was thinking of calling it 'nobodieeee likes skweeeeee but meeeee' cos not many people down here in bristol are rating it.....

got a set for a laptop battle night i;m meant to be headlining the second room for with a dubstep set but cos their all breakcore freaks i'm just going to drop a shedload of skweee on them and see what happens...

Ive got one on my main mixes page at www.musicv2.com/artist/kidlogic called "KidLogic on the Beatdown" that was done live on LA radio, and two in my virb player at www.virb.com/kidlogic - one called JAM#1 that was recorded live at a night we had out here and the other called SKWEEEKAST#1 that was a renagade session on reload-radio from last spring... let me know what you think of em!

Ive been known to drop a few skweee tracks in my shows on www.dubstep.fm too  next show is Friday 2a GMT if your still up or get in from the club early...

You know about the skweee forum, right? www.nationofskweee.com - post up links to your tunes there too when you get em up, they love hearing what non-Scanners do with their sound, and they're always lookin for new artists for the International Skweee comps...

Biggups man, keep pushin the skweee!

nice one fella i'll have a listen to those and get back to you..

yeah i've heard of nationO'skweee... ThinKing fed me a lead...

it all reminds me of early electro... ( some people will call it early hip-hop but you know what i mean) meets Prefuse73 via parliment-P-funk.... with a lil' dash of acid house to top it off....

how can that be wrong?

mighgt miss the radio this weekend cos i'm off to see jamie lidell, but i'll check the archives...

and if anyone who's been smoking can not nod their head to izan Tiger... they ain't got NO soul! 8)

(its the name of a tune btw mods!)

btw way.. i've got a couple of old skwee-ish tunes on www.myspace.com/neversleptbeats one of my old production names.. about 2/3 years old.. un-mastered/unfinished but see what you think.. (lo-fi fryup, words & Broken circuit)

Most of the people producing skweee were originally more into rap, funk, rnb and ragga...Dunno that much about idm.

i'm just saying that there a IDM artists that have touched on this style and it was conveniently labeled as IDM (much like many sounds are conveniently labeled as dubstep).

peace!
