over 12 years of vinyl collecting and about 7 or 8 hours worth of playing out.

i am the prime example of the bedroom dj, although my decks are usually collecting dust. been thinking about getting into producing for the past 10 years. almost made my mind up.

Yeah, another vinyl buying non dj, although i have stopped lately, broken cartridge, no money. Outside of dubstep you can get loads of stuff for extremely cheap second hand or even free on vinyl, it's great for sampling, and i genuinely love the feeling of a new piece of wax.

Vinyl all the way, and on the rare occasions I play out I play my own stuff off Ableton. I just love it - the sound, the size, the amount of history that I can get my hands on, the feel.

I love it so much I even made sure that my girlfriends shop only plays vinyl - pretty rare for a womens clothing shop!
