Well, I know a lady that was a surrogate and she got money for it. There is a lot of emotional stress etc, growing something inside you for 9 months that's technically (and sometimes biologically) yours and then giving it away for money. All the stress, over eating, flabby belly at the end - is it worth it?

I suppose you could land a job and go on maternity leave and earn double money.
