you have a point of course. but ultimatlely i believe that i) the sets' promotional function totally outweigh any possible negative affect on sales and ii) listening figures for rinse are impossible to measure and the only gauge is how many people are texting and one dinging. this is always something which fluctuates but yes, this is an issue which concerns me. i've taken measures to counter this. i do believe, however, that the majority of the people who download the sets religiously don't and cannot lock in live for whatever reason. plus barefiles and this forum always encourage the use of the listen again feature for commerical radio and don't provide mp3 links before this function has elapsed.
gone a little off topic this though, hasn't it.
