Went to a trout farm in Turkey this summer. Was mindblowing, both food and the place.

Saltwater: Grouper, Cobia, Orange Roughy

Freshwater: Brim/Bluegill, Crappie, Stripped Bass

blue cod, pink salmon, trumpeter, groper, greenbone, flounder, eel,
then all the shellfish - mussels, bluff oysters, kina (sea urchin), paua (black abalone), pipi, cockles...
list could go on!!

I live to go diving & sea fishing! not enough taste in fresh water fish (cept eel)!
