a) it's only an hr away by train and it takes that long getting across london half the time. (last train at night = 1.30am, first one in the morning 4.30am)
b) it's chilled and laidback
c) the police actually have agreements with rig owners that allow free parties
d) we have awesome sound systems
e) the beach has pebbles and wifi so you dont get sand in your laptop
f) when you go out, the only rough housing you get is cos someone is dancing about and steps on ur toe by accident... for which they are very sorry and offer you a pill to make up for it
Yeah, but it's full of smug bastards... :P

Sick food shops, easy to get to most places you'd want to get to, right next to the tube.
Meself and the little lady are thinking of moving to that sort of area permenantly fairly soon, what are the rents like?

I lived here for years and there is far less to do than the other areas I mentioned, and it's more expensive than them too. It's not actually that bad, it's just not half as good as other places in Lonsdons. I've recently started working here again and it hasn't gotten any better. Westfield....hmmmm

that's a big annoying that you guys reckon west it the worst area... but i'm practically there already...

the money and time i'll save on travel will make up for the fact that i'm in a boring place!

To be honest i don't go out that much unless i'm DJing anyway in which case i normally drive so getting places ain't a problem...

is there half decent night-busses back to ealing from central/other good party spots?

not 100% sure yet... looking at some flats tomorrow near ealing broadway...

still nothing's confirmed 100% yet so could always change my plans...

can't go to far from the start of the M4 though... that's my only real restriction!

Probably are but it takes ages, or at least that's what my mates who live there tell me. Part of the usual excuses to not go out or to leave by midnight. On the central line on Sundays, it takes about an hour for me to get from Ealing Broadway to FWD.

Which is roughly how long it takes me to get from Letchworth to FWD

night bus from ealing to euston used to take me about 45 minutes @ about 2am, it's definitely not the handiest of locations
