This topic shows the same elitism that was shown in the early days at fwd.

It is this reason alone that dubstep took so long to break through - don't shoot yourselves in the foot by creating a closed door for a scene which has barely learned to walk.

snobbery! people who use the word 'chav' are much more annoying than those they refer to, this kind of talk puts me off the dubstep scene and forum in general :x

Damn Letty, very true!

For the information of everyone I have not read this thread and do not plan on doing so. So my comment about "very true" is because I have had personal experiences with "chav callers" so to say and they are extremely annoying. I do not intend to offend anyone by my post.

There are two types of people: safe people and cocks.

God I love a platitude.

Now... I'm off to stove in an old dear's face with a spade.

More the merrier- all about diversity of sound and listeners.

And I love modded cars with huge systems! If I had the £££ I would have a Skyline with huge subs forcably promoting dubstep on anyone within 100m.
Sorry thought id carry on with the trend of quoting the last person . . . but on the real  My Sentiment Exactly!

Big up the dubstep ringtone massive.

When I get my new whip, a pumping system is first thing on the list! What's the point in listening to dubstep on a standard car stereo!?

'chavs/pikies/townies' already attend dubstep nights. All the fwd's and dmz's I been too, I've only experienced 1 hostile situation and that was with a random pissed up geezer who was bugging my mate for a bun on his zoot. It aint about the people, its about the music. And that is one of the best things about this scene, the fact that you dont have to conform to an image to be a part of it.
