My point was that a homemade computer costs significantly less than a company-made one.

On the other hand a Dell XPS Laptop with these specs:
SYSTEM COLOR Bone White edit
PROCESSOR Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T9500 (2.6GHz/800Mhz FSB/6MB cache) edit
OPERATING SYSTEM Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium Edition SP1, 64-bit edit
OFFICE SOFTWARE No Productivity software pre-installed edit
WARRANTY AND SERVICE 3Yr Ltd Hardware Warranty, InHome Service after Remote Diagnosis edit
MEMORY 4GB Shared Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz edit
HARD DRIVE Speed: 320GB SATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) with Free Fall Sensor edit
INTERNAL OPTICAL DRIVE CD / DVD Burner (DVD+/-RW Drive) edit
VIDEO CARD NVIDIA® SLI™ Dual GeForce® 8700M GT 512MB GDDR3 edit
WIRELESS CARDS Intel® PRO/Wireless 4965a/g/n Mini Card edit
BLUETOOTH Built-in Bluetooth capability (2.0 EDR) edit
BATTERY OPTIONS 85 WHr Lithium Ion Battery (9-cell) edit
SOUND OPTIONS High Definition Audio 2.0

costs $2,149 as opposed to $2,500 for the basic 17" Macbook Pro (which runs DDR3 RAM).
Statement of Intent VIP / Sahaquiel v4 single out now on UK Trends.
