This is why, though some people really rate them, i've never bothered using redeye. Read these things about them everytime a release is on pre-order.

Always been a chemical customer. Never had a problem.

Never had any problems with Red Eye.

Except they forgot to send me a record once. Mailed them about it, 5 minutes later I get an apology and another 5 minutes later I get a message it got shipped.

Its been about a week since they were shipped, usually thats about average, give or take 2 days for unusual circumstances. i just hope mine comes tomorrow, got a show to do.
