The name of the song isnt final.. But heres my latest work!

Nice job, the synths in the intro and the samples are top. Like the one guy said, the beginning just sounds a bit cluttered with both the bass and the synth at once. Try dropping just the bass for emphasis, and then add the synth in later to add energy or variation.

Aww, aren't you nice, asking so politely? Well okay (even as I did notice you posting this third time.)

My wild guess would be that you're rather new in this production thing? Not that this would be bad, as it isn't. It just seems that you know your way around your tools, but need some work on the how to really make a tune. (which seems to a common problem with people trying to do electronic music in general)

So I pretty much have only one piece of advice, listen to the music you like, and think of what makes it work. The way you have build your tune is rubbish (sorry, but thats the truth) and there's just too much different things going on. Don't take this wrong, you just need to practice more, we all do, myself included.

big samples to start with and on the drop too. the drums are and bassline are both nice but could be a bit more experimental if you get me - i feel like ive heard those doens of times before. the variation overall is spot on, but i think that vocal sample is rinsed a bit. should take it out for a few bars a let the bassline sit, well i would anyway. the second drop is sick and like i said the variation is sick. its listenable, would go well in the club, good work.

the synth on the intro is nice but i think its a bit too panned to the left. i love the way the melody builds and the drop is nice, think the sub needs bringing up a tiny bit if im being really picky. i like the break down of the drums at 1.22. despite you working the melody very well and variating it alot, i still think a few background pads here and there wont hurt, to add a bit more depth to it. like the outro too, well done.

Hi peeps just finished this track about British soldiers dieing young in Iraq & Afghanistan.

Its my second track and personally I wish I could make decent noises

BUT its for my mate to rap over so will hide the failure in production

Please as much criticism as possible would be gratefully appreciated.

Should I take out my epic fails in grimeyness and just have a nice medolic tune? or try and work on making the noises sound good?

the tune sounds nice, not a fan of these bass sounds though. Speaking of bass... where is the sub? There's hardly any low...
I listnen on studiomonitors btw.. If you don't have acces to studio monitors, use a freq analyser to check your low end. I think you will
notice there's hardly any low end.

Word, nice tune but loose the lead synth it doesn't fit well with the basspart.
