Powershell doing what I intended it to do first time.

New laptop and 3tb NAS for home arriving today.

comperting 3 identical little kids playing at ocean's edge
wow, to have that lack of history & responsibility again

I remember just after having a kid, writing:
so I feel slip away the care of a child for the world
to be replaced by the care of the world for a child

if only that was entirely true

and the story my friend told me about being in the Pope's motorcade passing a billboard
just as the mechanism lifted a skirt to reveal the panties being advertised
& further on, the Pope halfway thru a smiling wave to a bunch of nuns, realizing they had beards
Welcome to Sydney mate!

Did you order a backup of that 3tb NAS? An Awful lot of data to lose if the proverbial hits the shit.

Finally shelling out to go RAID5... I've just been BURNT by an external hdd failing; got the vast majority of my stuff archived onto an old disk, but the drive I lost had pretty much everything I've downloaded and bought over the last 2 years. NEVER AGAIN.

Parcels delivered... is it home time yet?

Also, having a concierge for our building is fucking DOPE. No more red cards and weekend trips to the depot! 8)

30 min queues at my depot if you try and go on a Saturday and its closed by the time I finish work.

The last postman I had used to leave parcels behind the gate at the side of the house but the new guy doesn't :(

Starting learning to use Ableton. It's nice to be doing something productive rather than just spending my evenings doing fuck all.
