There was a survey done abouthow many meaningful relationships a person had in their lifetime...and 90ish% answered at least one. The fact that 9% have had less (and the fact that only 20% of the 75+ crowd fit into this stat) is just saddening.

Hopefully our generation will be better positioned to keep ourselves sociable into old age... the Internet is a beautiful, beautiful thing!

The Infamous is cold as an eskimo's corpse. I once decided with a friend that it didn't matter if Havoc was ripping off Rza, because he'd out Rza'd Rza on a few of the tunes. The Infamous is SEVENTEEN years old now... it's not going to sound frrrrresh!





In other random thoughts, the older I get the more I find myself saying "Bugger". I think I'm turning into Hugh Grant's character from Four Weddings and a Funeral.

hmmm always thought havoc had his own flex personally, much more straight up/ linear than RZA, less funk in them and slighter harder. Don't think Havoc was even meant to be as prolific a producer on the albums as he was ("out to hav for stepping up on the beats")
Infamous not being anything but one of the best examples of hard NY rap is crazy talk! I'll throw it out there tho, Hell On Earth is just as good

NAh yeah some of those beats are serious as fuck. what murky said tho theyre more linear and lacking swing and subtlety at times especially in the drum area, which can work if you've got someone like MOP on mic duties but it sounds kind of outta place with their voices/flows some times. imo.

thing is I never really listened to much mobb deep back in the day so it is pretty fresh for me.

tis a good album tho.
