on the other hand if you're awake for 7-8 hours you're bound to rid your mouth of it from time to time. i was quite in her face last time i was at the dentist, because i drink way too much coke - and she said similarly that softdrinks werent as much a teeth killer as for example chips/crisps are, because it turns into like a mush but with almost sandpaper like capabilitis. honey in tea was the worst apparently, but coke sugar was to minute to actually get to rub the teeth all that much.

u gotta wait a while and wash ur motuh out a bit before brushing ur teeth after fizzy drinks. it basically destroys ur teeth a mazillion times worse cos the fizzy acid in the drinks destroys ur teeth coating and then the toothpaste absolutely fucks them, u brush away all ur protective layers n that cos they get weaked by the fizzpowers
