ehbs that sounds a bit severe over 2 D+'s, especially since you passed everything - that's all that matters really. no one's gonna even look at your GPA after your first job interview after college. were they in like russian and math or whatever it was you were taking? if so then a D+ is understandable . doesn't seem like you party too much, probably a healthy amount.
so unless partying is an issue, why would commuting to a smaller college help at all? the classes should theoretically be the same difficulty. it's just that the competition is higher at a more competitive college so it's harder to get on the upper side of the curve.
you should be able to talk em out of it, mr. lawyer.

Yeah, it is very sever imo. First year's typically the hardest on most students, at least from what I heard. On a personal note, so long as they aren't for your major you'll be absolutely fine.dubunked wrote:ehbs that sounds a bit severe over 2 D+'s, especially since you passed everything - that's all that matters really. no one's gonna even look at your GPA after your first job interview after college. were they in like russian and math or whatever it was you were taking? if so then a D+ is understandable . doesn't seem like you party too much, probably a healthy amount.

When talking it over, I'd refrain from discussing other people's performance and professors. Stick to what went wrong, and why exactly it won't next semester.
Good luck.
