Niiiiiiiice. Brand new one too, you fucking baller!

I like the 1 Series... I use ZipCar at the moment because I can't really justify having a car of my own and it used to be a choice between a Golf and a 1 Series near my old flat. Always took the 1 if it was available.

Ford Focus.
I've got an ST, can't recommend it enough if that's the model you were looking at. I wouldn't bother with the A3, extremely boring car

ST's are sick and I want one, but I'm very close to paying off my first car, and at the moment, I'd rather have another £200 a month than a new car.

Depending on your insurance history etc:

A3 s-line is fun. but I'd only get the convertible version. Couple of mates got the 2L stock A3. it's an Audi. Decent but a bit boring.
Similar story for the 1 series, M + convertible looks sick though.
Fuck the Mazda 3 off.
Like EH and Southstar say ST Focus all day.

I woulda got a lease brand new BMW 325 convertible if it weren't for only being here for another year and having a girl who only had her licence for 10 months. :x

Why would a convertible A3 be better?
One of the guys I work with just bought one and he looks like a massive penis driving it.
He has a bald head as well so it's like a shiny, polished bellend.

The A3 S-line is a lot of fun. And the convertible looks sick (to me). And nothing beats having the top back driving with your girl in the country.

Yeah people have said similar to me. Same about a hammering sound system in the car (17 yr old boy racer etc).

I'd be gutted if I cared too much about other people to miss out on these things.

Focus ST is 300 quid more a year on insurance and has much lower mpg, not really justifiable atm

Yes, the petrol consumption isn't great. I'm paying about £550 a year insurance at the moment
