Though i'm still have to listen The Seer, it's always good news when a band like Swans are about to release a new LP. :corndance:

had two rooms, i preferred the room downstairs cos it was smaller and darker but both were ghood.
loads of free water jugs constantly at the end of the bar too and none of the security gave a shit that almost everyone was absolutely spangled off their welt. + sound was pretty flawless

inkke played after kahn / neek / flowdan too, the last tune of the night was hilarious. no idea what it was but it got played like 10 times, and the bpm kept increasing every time it got played :cornlol:

*proceeds to cane the spliff*
*people in crowd light up*
*people in crowd get spanked by security* haha

never been tio artschool before but thought it was a decent club. cept the ridiculous queue that was bait

ye i left near the end of the gorgon sound set upstairs https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10151960877702971 u can see my stupid grey bobble hat and skinny arm right at the front in this video :corndance:
not gonna be happy when photos get uploaded and my gurny bake is at the very front all the time :-\
Yeah, I left to go cloakroom straight after Kahn & Neek cos I knew it was gonna be stupidly long, then just caught the end of Mungo's Hifi's 2nd set which was big.

Art School's always been amazing, always such a good vibe, definitely been missed the past 2 years it's been getting renovated, forgot how good it is, so glad to see it back again :h:
Helps that it was Mungo's night though, always tends to bring a good crowd!

Yeah, the queue at the start was retarded, we got there at 11.15 and it was all the way down the bottom of the road like 6 people wide ffs, managed to sneak in right near the front like a tnuc, still took a good 20/25mins though. Realised after we had queued for about 15mins that there was a seperate queue for tickets and people without tickets, didn't seem to make a difference though :cornlol:

Shackleton, Appleblim & Beneath with Huntley's & Palmer's curating downstairs on Friday.

Also this: http://www.theartschool.co.uk/calendar/ ... rt-school/ :o

Looks like it's gonna be smashing it with the lineups again!

Seen you've been up in Glasgow a few times recently, give me a shout next time you're up for a night :t:

Also, what was that edit of Percy they dropped? Was massive. Just remembered nearly ending myself when F_ck Mountain got played :lol:

It won't be a regular 4am licence, that was just granted cos it was a re-opening, places only get it when they apply for it and get it accepted, it's shit. Pressure at the Arches seems to quote regularly get a 5am licence somehow though.

That's proper annoying, you missed Skeng right at the end too, your mate owes you big time! :a:

Top Gear 'aimed at middle-aged men with a mental age of nine'

:lol:
Executive producer Andy Wilman told the Radio Times that he watched several recent episodes and realised "almost everything we'd filmed was, once again, aimed at people with a mental age of nine".
Top Gear is tat.

Yep, it's tat and entirely brainless, but I still shamelessly enjoy watching it if I've got nothing better to do.

http://www.timeslive.co.za/africa/2014/ ... ns-gay-cat
A woman in Nigeria has disowned her cat of seven years for what she termed an “an unnatural sexual behaviour,” according to a report.

The woman, from Lafia, Nasrawa State publicly downed Bull the cat because he had a habit of making sexual advances exclusively towards her other male cats, Nigeria's Leadership news website reported.

This was despite there being females in the household.

According to the report, neighbours attested to the fact that none of the kittens born to the household had the male's colour.

The owner expressed her strong belief in the idea that males and females were divinely created for procreation, and has said that: “Anybody interested in this gay cat can have it because I have no further use of it.”

They should send him to this guy;

In the wake of Nigeria's anti-gay bill signed into law by President Goodluck Jonathan, the nation's popular televangelist, T.B. Joshua addressed the issue of homosexuality during a live broadcast of his Sunday Service on his own television network, Emmanuel TV.

A young man by the name of Tedus visited T.B. Joshua's church and was apparently delivered from a 'demon' which he claimed was the cause of his homosexual lifestyle.

I was more expecting this;

Jupiter has been insanely bright this week. This makes me happy, but I'd be happier if I'd got round to buying my telescope yet.
