Sampling pianos or playing one for that zomby house style chord would be a good place to start. Either sample a chord being played, loop sections of it, or play a single note in a piano vst, whatever it is it's the timbral qualities your going for, then once you got that just play minors or majors, whatever suits the feel your going for.
It's definetely got that piano like quality to it. As with the other tune. However they could well be synthesized too using quite organ like sounding osc. Many ways to achieve that sound like with all sounds but i'd personally go with the sampling route as you'll get some interesting qualities just from fiddeling with loop points for example and what your actually sampling from etc.
